cleaver maintenance
1. The fiber cleaver is a precision device. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the machine at will to avoid human failure.
2. Do not use the fiber cleaver to cut anything other than optical fiber to avoid damaging the blade.
3. The cleaver is a precision device. Knocking or dropping it may cause mechanical damage and reduce cutting performance.
4. If poor cutting occurs after cleaning, please rotate the blade or adjust the blade height.
Notes
1. Disassembly and oiling of the cleaver is the cause of the malfunction and should never be performed.
2. The optical fiber and debris are very thin and sharp. Piercing fingers or entering eyes will cause harm.
3. Please wrap the cut optical fiber debris with waste paper and place it in a special trash can.
4. The blade of the cutter is very sharp, please do not touch it with your bare hands.
5. If the machine fails or abnormalities occur, please stop using it.
